OUR YOGA TEACHERS

Gaurav Malik

Head Yoga Teacher Trainer

Born in a valley of the Himalayas of India, Gaurav decided at an early age to dedicate his life to the study and sharing yoga.

Gaurav Malik is our lead trainer and is recognised by the Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher.

Gaurav has previously taught yoga in many training schools in Goa and Rishikesh in India from 2004 - 2013. In 2014 he co-founded Ashtak Yoga school with his wife and has since trained 180 students from 54 countries in his own unique style, a mix of tradition, modern movement and love. Gaurav predominately teaches in his home-based school in Goa, India but has also held yearly trainings in Thailand and Europe. Many of his graduate yoga teachers now lead their own classes and retreats all around the world. When people first meet Gaurav they are instantly drawn to his loving, caring and calming demeanour.
